Dan Brown graduated from Amherst College
and Phillips Exeter Academy where he taught as an English teacher. He began writing novels about his interests;
which were code-breaking and covert government agencies. After teaching for a couple of years Brown decided to write
full time and wrote his first novel "Digital Fortress". "Digital Fortress" was a # 1 bestselling ebook and prompted
Brown to write more. He then continued to write three more novels that were also best-sellers. He wrote Deception
Point, Angels and Demons, and finally The DaVinci Code. The DaVinci code was his number one best selling novel and it
was recently selected by Paramount Pictures to be remade into a movie.
